1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Autopen Warehouse website ("Site") and your purchase of used autopen machines and related products from us. By using this Site or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or make a purchase.

2. Used Machines — Sold As-Is

All machines listed on this Site are used and are sold "as-is" with no express or implied warranties beyond what is explicitly stated in these Terms. While we make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each machine, we do not guarantee that descriptions, condition grades, photos, or other information are completely accurate, complete, or current.

Used machines may have wear, defects, or issues not visible in photographs or noted in descriptions. You acknowledge that you are purchasing a used product and accept the inherent risks associated with used equipment.

3. Product Listings and Accuracy

We strive to provide honest and accurate condition grading, photographs, and descriptions for every machine. However, we do not warrant that:

• Condition grades (Excellent, Good, Fair, As-Is) are exhaustive or capture every defect
• Photographs show every angle, component, or imperfection
• Descriptions include every known issue or detail about the machine's history or operation
• All accessories, parts, or components shown in photos are included unless explicitly stated
• The machine will meet any specific performance standard beyond basic operability at the time of testing

If you have questions about a specific machine, contact us before purchasing. We are happy to provide additional photos or information upon request.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed through Stripe at the time of purchase. The listed price covers the machine only — freight shipping is billed separately.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or modify orders in the event of a pricing mistake, even after payment has been processed. If this occurs, we will notify you and issue a full refund of the machine price.

5. Shipping and Freight

After purchasing a machine, you may choose:

• Free local pickup at our Louisville, Kentucky facility (by appointment)
• Freight shipping to the lower 48 states — you will receive a freight quote and pay separately before the machine ships

Freight costs vary by distance, weight, and delivery type (residential vs. commercial). We do not ship internationally via freight. All machines are palletized for safe transit.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• The machine must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped to you — no additional wear, damage, missing parts, or modifications
• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including freight to ship the machine back to our Louisville, Kentucky facility
• Upon receipt and inspection, if the machine is in the same condition as shipped, we will refund the machine purchase price only
• Freight charges are non-refundable — this includes both the original outbound freight cost and any return freight costs
• If the machine is returned in a different condition (additional damage, missing parts, signs of misuse), we reserve the right to deny the return or issue a partial refund at our discretion

7. 30-Day Support

Every machine purchase includes 30 days of post-purchase support from the date of delivery. This includes:

• Phone support for setup and troubleshooting
• Access to spare parts catalog and documentation
• Remote assistance to get your machine running

Support is remote only — we do not provide in-person visits or on-site service. After 30 days, spare parts and documentation remain available for purchase or access through our Site.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autopen Warehouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of a machine, including but not limited to loss of profit, business interruption, or damage to property.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the machine.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Autopen Warehouse and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

10. External Links

This Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (including Stripe for payment processing). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of any third-party site.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
